Nathan Kuerschner

Nathan Kuerschner is a seasoned professional in philanthropic services, currently serving as the Philanthropic Services Operations Lead at Founders Pledge since January 2022. In this role, Nathan develops key operational principles and systems for a global giving program, utilizing data analytics and cross-team collaboration to support a scaling strategy for a multinational donor advised fund offering. Previously, Nathan held multiple positions at Silicon Valley Community Foundation between March 2014 and December 2021, including Senior Operations Manager, where oversight of strategic planning was provided for a $10 billion foundation, and Senior Philanthropy Associate, leading a team to support Ultra-High Net Worth clients. Nathan also gained experience as a Research Analyst at UNITE HERE from 2012 to 2013. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, obtained in 2012, specializing in International History.
