Tyler Mulkin

Tyler Mulkin has a range of experience in the restaurant industry, starting in 2008 with Zoës Kitchen. Tyler worked their way up from General Manager to Training General Manager and ultimately served as Operations Services for the company until 2014. After that, they joined Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe as an Operating Partner for a year. In 2015, Tyler joined Chopt Creative Salad Company as part of their Operations Services team. In 2020, they took on a similar role at Dos Toros Taqueria. Since June 2021, Tyler has been working as the Vice President of Operations Services at Founders Table Restaurant Group, which oversees several restaurant brands, including Chopt Creative Salad Co., Dos Toros Taqueria, Fieldtrip, and Sweet Chick.

Tyler Mulkin graduated from The Altamont School. Tyler then attended Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. No specific start or end dates were given for either of these educational experiences.
