Silu Cao

Silu Cao is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance expert with extensive experience in corporate innovation and digital startup ecosystems. As the COO and co-founder of Founders Lair since November 2020, Silu has been instrumental in developing the world's largest digital startup ecosystem. In addition, Silu co-founded Funders Guild in July 2022, which aims to transform investment through smart contracts. Previous roles include pioneering corporate innovation at Zhongguancun Innoway, providing vital financial analysis at KPMG, and contributing to significant events like the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Silu holds a BSc Hons in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and has a strong track record in strategic partnership development and project management across various industries.
