Arturo Moises is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Global Program/Product Owner for Onboarding & Learning Platforms at Foundever since July 2020. Arturo has advanced through various roles, starting as a Learning Manager and progressing to Senior Learning Manager, overseeing extensive teams and training divisions for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Foundever, Arturo was a Training and Development Manager at Spring Footwear, where a newly implemented training system significantly reduced onboarding time for new hires. Experience includes roles in account management and project management across multiple organizations, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance performance and customer engagement.
