Donna Duncan

Donna Duncan, MSHR, is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager at Foundever since August 2012, where successful partnerships have been established to lead cross-functional departments on various HR initiatives, with a focus on people engagement, retention, and performance strategies. Prior to this role, Donna held a Human Resources position at Turner Broadcasting System, August 2011 to July 2012, contributing to a major media organization. Donna's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist II at US Bank from January 2008 to June 2011, supporting Consumer Banking and Small Business across multiple states, and working as a Recruiter at OSI from June 2006 to January 2008, enhancing the workforce for a call center. Academic accomplishments include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University.
