Gerson Guilhem is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and analytics with extensive experience in varying roles within the customer support and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Foundever since February 2023, Gerson leads the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance organizational performance.
