Jarrod Sims is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and client services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Integrated Solutions - Healthcare at Foundever since July 2025, Jarrod leads solutioning and strategy efforts, collaborating with various teams to create integrated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and member experience. Previously, Jarrod held the position of Director of Account Management at Conduent, where high-value client relationships were cultivated, generating over $35 million in annual recurring revenue. As Director of Client Services at BroadPath, Jarrod managed a portfolio of strategic accounts for Fortune 50 companies, achieving more than $40 million in annual revenue. Earlier roles include Director of Call Center Operations at Humana, overseeing a significant customer experience strategy, and Service Delivery Manager at Conduent, leading a large team and managing substantial revenue streams. Jarrod holds a degree from the University of Kentucky.
