Nicanor Magpayo

Nicanor Magpayo has extensive experience in workforce management and resource planning across various companies. Currently serving as Global Resource Planning Manager at Foundever since October 2022, Nicanor previously held the role of Workforce Manager at Sutherland and transcosmos Asia Philippines Inc. Prior to these positions, Nicanor worked at Refinitiv as a Workforce Planner, focusing on publishing schedules for global centers and optimizing staffing. Nicanor's career began at Verizon, where responsibilities included creating efficient shift schedules and generating vital reports as a Senior Scheduling and Reports Analyst. Additionally, Nicanor started in customer service with Sykes. Nicanor holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in European Studies and International Studies from De La Salle University, completed between 1995 and 1999.
