Riza Castillo

Riza Castillo is a seasoned professional in the field of training and operations management, currently serving as a Learning Manager at Foundever since July 2023. With extensive experience in various roles, Riza has been a Volunteacher at VolunTeaching.PH since July 2020 and previously held multiple positions at Concentrix, including Operations Manager, Sr. Supervisor of Quality, and Sr. Supervisor of Training from May 2021 to July 2023. Earlier career roles include Learning Specialist at SupportNinja, Learning Manager POC and Learning Specialist at Sitel, and Customer Service Representative roles at TeleTech and Sitel, among others.
