Ronald Arce

Ronald Arce is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Technical Account Manager at Foundever since July 2017. In this role, Ronald demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills, effectively managing client relationships while offering optimal technical solutions. Previously, Ronald worked as an IT HelpDesk Specialist, leading project implementations and ensuring compliance with PCI Security Standards. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Support Agent, where Ronald efficiently tracked IT tickets and resolved technical issues for clients. Ronald also gained valuable customer service experience at Teleperformance, guiding consumers through troubleshooting processes. Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering with a focus on Systems Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador, expected to graduate in 2024.
