Zaida Gaitan is an experienced professional in customer experience solutions and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the VP CX Solutions & Partnerships, Disruptors at Foundever since August 2021. Prior to this role, Zaida worked at SYKES for over 12 years, holding several positions including Director of Strategic Partnerships & Customer Success for Emerging Brands as well as various roles in global technology sales and business development focused on the Latin American market. Zaida began the career with experience as Senior Account Executive at Randstad and a Marketing Research Analyst at Univision Communications, Inc. Zaida holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, an Associate's degree in Marketing & Sales from Middlesex Community College, a certificate in Importing/Exporting from Miami Dade College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Advertising from Politecnico Gran Colombiano.
