Ben Ornstein

Ben Ornstein is an experienced professional with a background in operations, co-creation, and financial analysis. Currently serving in operations at Founding Journey since May 2024 and working as a co-creator at The Draw since January 2024, Ben has previously held the position of Chief of Staff at NoRamp Labs and Campground from December 2022 to May 2024 and September 2021 to December 2022, respectively. Ben also participated as an RBL1 Fellow in the VC Foundations Program in August 2021. As the founder and podcast host of Aspire And Inquire from January 2020 to August 2021, Ben produced 54 podcast episodes featuring diverse career paths. Additional experience includes a role as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley and internships at Church Pension Group, Second Estates, and SCHOTT. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Susquehanna University, completed in 2019.
