Austin Maddux

Austin Maddux is an accomplished investment management executive with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Executive Managing Director of Investment Management at Foundry Commercial since September 2023. Maddux also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, teaching various courses in real estate development. Prior to these roles, Maddux founded Incite Partners and held significant positions at American Realty Advisors, Clarion Partners LLC, and RBC Capital Markets, amassing over $22 billion in commercial real estate experience. Maddux holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
