Jana M. Whitaker is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience across various prestigious firms. Currently serving as the Director of Property Management at Foundry Commercial since April 2024, Jana has previously held the same title at Northwood Office from May 2018 to April 2024, overseeing operational and financial aspects of over 6.2 million square feet of Class A office and retail properties. With initial experience as a Senior Property Manager at Grubb & Ellis, Jana led significant capital improvement projects exceeding $10 million, enhancing property values and rental opportunities.
