Mark Holoman

Mark Holoman serves as Managing Director and Principal at Foundry Commercial, leading the Development & Investments team across the Carolinas, DC, and coastal Georgia since October 2022. Previously, Mark was Senior Vice President & Managing Director at Cousins Properties, overseeing a 4 million square foot portfolio in Charlotte from October 2016 to July 2022. Mark also held roles as Managing Director for Office Agency at Foundry Commercial and as Partner/SVP at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, where Mark established an Agency Leasing platform. Mark's earlier experience includes senior positions at Bank of America, Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, and AIC Ventures Dallas, totaling extensive expertise in commercial real estate transactions and development. Mark holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte and an MBA in Finance from SMU Cox School of Business.
