Morgan Webb

Morgan Webb, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Director of Human Capital at Foundry Commercial since April 2024, after previously holding the position of Director of Human Capital. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Talent Business Advisor at RSM US LLP from January 2023 to April 2024, and Manager of Total Rewards and HR Business Partner at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. from January 2021 to January 2023. Morgan has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Schaeffler and in various HR roles at Stihl USA, including HR Business Partner, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Coordinator from March 2015 to September 2020. Earlier career experience includes internships in marketing and external communications at Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital and Amerigroup Corporation, respectively. Morgan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from James Madison University, completed in 2014.
