Garynn Noel, Esq. has a long and varied work experience. In 2007, Garynn began working at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as a Faculty Manager-GRAD Programs, New Jersey, Student Services Manager, General Academics Faculty Manager, and Student Advisor. In 2013, Garynn worked as a Summer Legal Intern at Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, where they researched New York penal law and criminal procedure law and drafted motions. In 2014, Garynn worked as a Summer Associate at Cullen and Dykman LLP, where they researched and drafted memoranda of law and briefs for corporate and litigation departments, as well as a Law Clerk at Collen IP, where they conducted legal research and drafted memoranda and summaries in trademark cases. In 2015, Garynn worked as an Associate at Shipkevich PLLC, managing corporate compliance matters and preparing related regulatory, business, and corporate governance filings, as well as a Student Intern to the Brooklyn Law School General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, where they prepared, served, and filed Assignment of Judgment documents in various courts throughout New York State. In 2021, Garynn began working at Genesis as an Assitant Counsel, Markets. Most recently, in 2022 Garynn began working at Foundry, a Digital Currency Group Company, as an Assistant Legal Counsel.
Garynn Noel, Esq. completed a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a BA in English and Philosophy from Rutgers University between 2005 and 2008. Garynn also attended Seton Hall University for one year in 2003, studying Political Science.
