Justin Mecham

Justin Mecham has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Lab Technician at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018. During this role, they applied their Java programming knowledge to sort and visualize data. In 2019, they moved to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they worked as a Tech Analyst/Asst Service Desk. In 2021, they took on a Software Developer Internship at Learning Machines Inc, a small startup company based out of Durham, NC. Here they worked with the CEO to develop a web application that is able to turn a BPMN 2.0 Diagram into a functioning automated workflow. Currently, they are a Software Engineer, Crypto Staking at Foundry, a Digital Currency Group Company.

Justin Mecham began their education in 2013 at Blacksburg High School. In 2014, they transferred to Chapel Hill High School, where they completed their secondary education in 2018. Justin then attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2022.
