Melissa Holland, CMP, serves as the Executive Business Partner at Foundry, a Digital Currency Group company, since February 2022, focusing on enhancing capital access and transparency in the digital currency mining industry. Prior experience includes roles as Supplier Diversity Manager at Bell Flight, Event Manager at Keystone Automotive Operations, and Continuous Improvement Instructor at Bell Helicopter. Melissa is a Certified Meeting Professional and a certified Textron Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive project management and supplier diversity expertise, coupled with a foundational role as Office Manager at the NRI Chamber of Commerce. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.
