Todd Hunter

Todd Hunter is an experienced mortgage professional with a strong background in real estate and finance. Currently a Mortgage Agent at Foundry Mortgage Capital since September 2025, Todd delivers customized funding solutions and conducts market analysis for commercial mortgages. As President of Venator Real Estate Capital Limited since February 2021, Todd focuses on private mortgage investments and developing a network of industry professionals. Previously, Todd held positions as a Mortgage Agent at Dominion Lending Centres Inc. and as Operations and Acquisitions personnel at Bekerman Properties Inc., where significant contributions were made to project budgeting, acquisitions, and real estate development processes. Additional experience includes roles in project management at Club Coffee and stakeholder communications at Brightstar Corporation, alongside military service in the Canadian Forces. Todd holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Upper Canada College.
