Duncan Frost has a diverse work experience in the performing arts and education fields. Duncan worked as an Education Associate, Actor, and Teaching Artist at The Children's Theatre Company from 2009 to 2012. From 2013 to 2020, they were an Actor and Teaching Artist at Seattle Children's Theatre, and also served as the Interim Education Director for a brief period in 2018. In 2017, Duncan joined Village Theatre as an Actor and Teaching Artist until 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Organizational Strategy at foundry10, a role they have held since January 2021.

Duncan Frost's education history starts in 2004 when they enrolled in the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program. Duncan pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Acting and completed their studies in 2008. Afterward, their educational journey continued with the University of Washington, where they pursued a Certificate in Business Strategy & Decision Making. Duncan is currently expected to complete this program in 2022.
