Allan C. Sacdalan

Allan C. Sacdalan has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent position as Deputy Director at the Department of the Air Force Civilian Police. Prior to that, they served as the Head Coach for Boys Volleyball and Assistant Coach for Girls Volleyball at the Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8. Allan C. also worked as the DAF Civilian Police Manager at Air Force Civilian Service. Additionally, Allan has experience as a teacher at Colorado Military Academy and as a School Security Officer at Academy School District 20. Allan C. has also held positions such as Consultant for Training & Development/Human Resources at Gateway Church Network and Assistant Professor, Commandant of Cadets, and Director of Operations at the University of Colorado Boulder. Allan has a strong background in law enforcement and security, having served as a Technical Director for Air Force Entertainment, Branch Chief for Antiterrorism & Force Protection at U.S. Forces-Iraq, U.S. Central Command Headquarters, and Chief of Nuclear Security Operations and Integrated Defense at HQ Air Force Space Command, among others. Allan C. has also held leadership roles as Commander & Chief of Police, Commander/Director of Security, Director of Operations and Operations Officer, Security Forces Operations Manager, and Security Forces Operations Shift Supervisor in the United States Air Force. In addition, Allan has coached volleyball teams, including as the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Incarnate Word High School.

Allan C. Sacdalan's education history is as follows:

In 1992 to 1994, Allan C. Sacdalan attended California State University, Los Angeles, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Public Administration.

In the same period, they also attended UCLA and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force with a field of study in Aerospace Studies.

From 1999 to 2001, Allan C. Sacdalan pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Administration - Human Resources Administration at Central Michigan University.

In 2018 to 2019, Allan C. Sacdalan participated in the Dr. Cal Fraizer Student Fellow Program, offered by School Leaders for America, Inc., where they obtained a Professional Licensure in Social Studies Teacher Education.

Finally, in 2023, Allan C. Sacdalan attended the FBI National Academy, where they received a Graduate Certificate in Public Safety.

Additionally, Allan C. Sacdalan has obtained several certifications, including Enhanced Learning & Instructional Techniques Enrichment (ELITE) from the United States Air Force in August 2022, DAF Civilian New Supervisor Course (NSC) from the Air Force Civilian Service in December 2020, and the Military Personnel Management Course (MPMC) from the United States Air Force in September 2020.
