Cathy de Kock Gordon

Cathy de Kock Gordon has significant work experience in finance and accounting. Cathy started their career at New North Networks in 2000, where they worked in the accounting department until 2002. In 2004, they joined Fountain Tire as the Associate Vice President of Finance and later became the Controller for the Fountain Tire Program. In January 2021, they were promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer at Fountain Tire. Additionally, from 2008 to 2012, they served on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer for Change for Children.

Cathy de Kock Gordon has a diverse education history. Cathy has obtained a CGA Designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alberta. Additionally, they hold a Business Diploma in Accounting and Finance from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), which was completed in a bilingual program.

In terms of additional certifications, Cathy obtained "The Leader's Discipline: A Coaching Approach to Leadership" from Roy Group in February 2014.
