Jason Herle has a extensive work experience, primarily in the automotive industry. Jason started their career at Glassmasters Auto Glass in 1994 as an Operations Manager and eventually became the Director of Operations. In 2007, they joined Fountain Tire as the Director of Real Estate & Expansion. Over the years, they held various roles within the company, including General Manager - Expansion, Vice President - Wholesale & Expansion, and Sr. Vice President - Marketing, Information Systems & Supply Chain. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, and in 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Fountain Tire. Additionally, Jason Herle is also a Board Member at Glassmasters Auto Glass. In 2023, they are set to join the Automotive Industries Association of Canada as a Director.
Jason Herle completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Alberta from 1987 to 1991. Jason then pursued a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Currently, Jason is enrolled in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) to acquire an Audit Committee Certificate, starting in 2022.
