Andy Xu

Andy Xu is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of IT and Director at FountainVest since June 2020, Andy has previously held significant positions such as Head of IT Asia Pacific at Warburg Pincus LLC and HQ & APAC Director of Information Technology at Canadian Solar Inc. With a career spanning over two decades, Andy has also worked as IT Director at Dentsu Aegis Network and held managerial roles at Assurant, Cabot Corporation, DNV GL - Maritime, MDC, and China Telecom. Andy's academic qualifications include an MBA and a master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Fudan University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shanghai University.
