Brian Lee

Brian Lee has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel at FountainVest Partners since November 2011. Prior roles include Registered Foreign Lawyer at Conyers Dill & Pearman from January 2009 to November 2011, and Vice President, General Counsel & Group Secretary at United Capital Investment Group (China) Limited from September 2005 to December 2008. Brian's career at Conyers Dill & Pearman also includes a previous role as Registered Foreign Lawyer from September 2001 to August 2005. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Associate at Drew & Napier LLC from March 1999 to September 2001. Brian Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Bristol, earned between 1991 and 1994, and received education at Anglo-Chinese School from 1977 to 1988.
