Evan Chen

Evan Chen currently serves as Managing Director and CFO at FountainVest since August 2023. Prior to this role, Evan held the position of Managing Director at Kerogen Capital for 16 years, where responsibilities included serving as a member of the Investment Committee and overseeing investor relations and fundraising as COO and CFO. Evan's earlier experience includes roles as Vice President at Rothschild, focusing on M&A, debt restructuring, and capital raisings, as well as an Analyst in corporate finance at JP Morgan. Evan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Finance and Accounting from UNSW.
