Currently serving as the Head of HR at FountainVest Partners since June 2018, Helena previously held multiple senior positions at J.P. Morgan from April 2012 to June 2018, including Vice President and HR Business Partner. Prior to that, Helena was HR Manager for Greater China at S&P Global Ratings and worked with ConocoPhillips in several HR capacities. Helena began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Motorola, where initial roles included assistant and intern positions. Helena holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics & Trade from China Foreign Affairs University.
