Anushree Rai

Anushree Rai currently serves as the Head of HR at Agivant Technologies since July 2025, after holding the position of Principal HR at The Modern Data Company from May 2022 to July 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager at DIRECT (formerly ShopKirana) and HR Business Partner at YASH Technologies. Anushree also worked as an HR Partner at IBM and completed a summer internship at Accenture. Anushree's career in human resources began after obtaining a PGDM in Human Resource from XLRI Jamshedpur (2017-2019), a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from DAVV Institute of Management Studies, Indore (2013-2015), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal (2006-2010).
