Paige Pait

Paige Pait has extensive experience in various management roles. Paige is currently the Director of Operations at Fountainworks, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Advisors and Executive Coaching at the Executive Service Corps of the Triangle. In this role, Paige led and managed the contract process, recruited and developed senior management volunteer consultants, and provided client support and internal project assistance.

Before joining the Executive Service Corps, Paige worked as a Project Manager at Ah Ha!, where they were responsible for social media marketing, client meetings, and project management from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they held a similar position at Fountainworks from 2014 to 2019, where their responsibilities included training and overseeing project staff, ensuring compliance, and website creation and maintenance.

Prior to these roles, Paige worked as an Independent Consultant at Discovery Counseling & Wellness from 2010 to 2014, overseeing agency policies and conducting internal audits for compliance. From 2006 to 2010, they served as a Program Manager at KidsPeace National Centers, managing a diverse staff and implementing program manuals. Before that, Paige was a Program Director at Child Care Services Association from 2004 to 2006, overseeing program budgets and managing staff. Paige began their career as a Program Director at Treehouse from 1996 to 2004, where they developed and managed multiple programs.

Paige Pait holds a Masters degree in Public Administration, which they obtained from Seattle University between the years 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same institution.
