Grethe Skundberg

Grethe Skundberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and investment management. Currently serving as a Top Innovator at UpLink - World Economic Forum since September 2022, Grethe collaborates with investors and entrepreneurs to enhance innovation ecosystems aligned with the UN SDGs. As a General Partner at Link Capital since February 2022, Grethe focuses on supporting groundbreaking ideas in the investment sector. Additional roles include Executive Board Member at ELFLY AS, which promotes environmentally friendly aviation, and serving on the boards of Rightcharge and Fount, both in the EV charging sector. Grethe is also the Executive Chairperson of the Board at Nivel Regulator, promoting digital regulations for better urban environments, and a board member at Transportøkonomisk institutt, a national transport research institution. As the Founder of Vaima AS, Grethe emphasizes early-stage investment in the blue and green economy. Grethe's educational background includes management studies and a bachelor's degree in journalism from University of Stavanger, complemented by military training from Officer Candidate School.
