Managing Director - Creative Technology at Four Agency Worldwide

Russell Stearman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Russell started their career as a Developer at New Media, where they worked on developing A-level science software. Russell then joined theWorkshop as a Multimedia Developer, creating high-quality learning products for clients such as the BBC and Cisco Systems. Russell also worked as a Freelance Flash developer, creating e-learning content for clients like PriceWaterhouseCoopers and UFI.

In 2010, Russell joined Team Cooper Ltd. as the Lead Developer, where they coordinated and oversaw all aspects of the company's output, while also contributing creatively to project development. Russell later became a Freelance Producer and Developer, leading technical development projects and working on mobile and web game development.

In 2015, Russell joined Numiko Ltd as a Senior Producer, organizing and overseeing the delivery of projects for clients like the Science Museum and Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. Russell then moved to Joi Polloi Ltd in 2017, where they held the roles of Digital Producer and later Technical Director. In these roles, Russell was responsible for winning and delivering projects, managing development outputs, and overseeing technical requirements and architecture.

Currently, Russell is working at Four Agency Worldwide as the Creative Director and Managing Director - Creative Technology. Russell'sresponsibilities include leading creative technology initiatives and managing the agency.

Russell Stearman attended Bournemouth University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Ba (hons) degree in New Media Production.
