Ram Kumar

Ram Kumar has extensive work experience in recruitment and management roles in the technology industry. Ram is currently serving as the Director of Recruitment for North America at Four Colors Technology since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Ascendron Technologies LLC and Advantine Technologies LLC, both starting in 2019. Ram also has experience as a founder and director at Ascendron Technologies Pvt Ltd and Advantine Technologies Pvt Ltd, respectively. Before these ventures, they worked as an Assistant Manager of International Recruitment at Synova in 2011 and as a Lead of Recruitment for North America at Mindlance in 2011. Ram Kumar's earlier positions include roles at Radiant Systems Inc as a Senior Technical Recruiter, at InfoExperts as a Technical Recruiter, and at Adea Solutions as a Technical Recruiter, all focusing on North America.

Ram Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.) degree in Electrical & Electronics from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Bagalkot, Karnataka, between 1999 and 2003. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued Web Design & Development studies at Free Code Camp. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, Ram studied in Bangur Nagar Pre-University Composite Junior College in Dandeli, Karnataka. Ram completed their SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) from Janata Vidyalaya in Dandeli, Karnataka, from 1994 to 1997.
