Lance Harrison

Lance Harrison is a seasoned professional in industrial engineering and process improvement, currently serving as the Quality and Engineering Manager at Four Hands since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing a quality team, introducing in-line testing, and developing standard operating procedures. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Improvement Engineer at Four Hands Art Studio, where projects focused on enhancing manufacturing processes, and as a New Product Industrialization Engineer and Supply Chain/Manufacturing Process Engineer at YETI Coolers, where contributions included facilitating lean manufacturing processes and maximizing throughput. Additional previous positions include Senior Industrial Engineer at Ace Hardware, Senior Industrial Designer at Ghafari Associates, and Industrial Engineer at American Airlines, among others. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, earned in 2007.
