Billy Cody

Billy Cody has extensive experience in program management and data analytics, having served in various roles at Four Inc. since June 2014. Currently a Senior Program Manager, Cody advises senior Army and Department of Defense leadership on IT acquisition strategies and manages CHESS-related projects. Cody has developed analytical tools such as Tableau dashboards to optimize procurement processes and financial management, while also providing training on federal acquisition and CHESS operations. Prior to this, Cody worked as a Legislative Assistant at the Susan B. Anthony List, where responsibilities included coordinating lobbying strategies and managing communications with Congress. A graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Philosophy, Cody combines a strong educational background with a proven track record of enhancing organizational efficiency through data-driven insights.
