Mary Beth O'Neill currently serves as President & CEO of Four Oaks since October 2021. Previous experience includes Vice President of Operations at Mosaic from October 2018 to September 2021 and President & CEO of Key Human Services, Inc. from November 2011 to October 2018, focusing on creating opportunities for intellectually disabled individuals. O'Neill's extensive background in occupational therapy includes roles at Masonicare and Hartford HealthCare, where evaluation and treatment were provided to patients. Additionally, O'Neill has held multiple leadership positions at Key Human Services from 1997 to 2011. O'Neill holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Merrimack College.
