Monika Kovacs

Monika Kovacs has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Human Resources Intern at Roche in 2017, before becoming a Junior HR Specialist for a few months. Monika then moved on to a role as a Human Resources Specialist, where they provided direct support to employees, handled HR-related transactions, and inputted employee data into HR systems. In 2020, they were promoted to a Senior Human Resources Specialist, where they took on superuser activities, participated in project activities, and updated documentation. Their most recent role at Roche was as a Subject Matter Expert, where they handled complex HR inquiries, acted as a point of contact for escalations, and attended community meetings. In 2022, they joined FOUR PAWS as an HR Tools and Data Specialist, before being promoted to the role of HR Systems and Data Lead in 2023.
