Jeff Hatfield has extensive work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Jeff'smost recent role was as the Co-Founder and CEO of Four Points Health, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member of the CIAC (Clinical Intelligent Automation Council) starting in 2021. At CIAC, they focused on developing clinical automation solutions and gaining industry support for their deployment.
From 2021 to 2023, Hatfield served as the VP of Intelligent Healthcare Automation at Ashling Partners. Jeff has a background in healthcare technology and has spent the past 25 years developing and implementing data, analytics, and automation solutions in healthcare.
Before joining Ashling Partners, Hatfield held various leadership positions at Amitech Solutions, where they served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing from July 2020 to February 2021, and as the Vice President of Client Solutions from September 2018 to July 2020. Amitech Solutions focuses on delivering data analytics and digital transformation strategies to make healthcare more proactive, higher quality, and less expensive.
Prior to their time at Amitech Solutions, Hatfield was a Board Member and Corporate Development Committee Co-Chair at JDRF. Jeff also worked at Perficient as a Client Services Executive, specializing in developing client partnerships and providing sustainable value.
Earlier in their career, Hatfield held senior leadership positions at Daugherty Business Solutions, where they were the Senior Vice President of the St. Louis Region from July 2011 to December 2013, and the Senior Director of Client Engagements from July 2007 to December 2011. Jeff'sresponsibilities at Daugherty included leading and managing the St. Louis Region business unit, fostering revenue and profit growth, and talent acquisition.
Hatfield's work experience also includes roles at Jordan Lawrence, Edward Jones, and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Jeff has a strong background in business development, solution implementation, and strategy development.

Jeff Hatfield has a strong education background, spanning from 1982 to 1997. Jeff started their educational journey at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Engineering. This program lasted until 1987. Subsequently, Jeff enrolled at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1987 and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance in 1989. Jeff furthered their studies at Saint Louis University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business and Marketing. Through these academic experiences, Jeff has developed a strong foundation in various fields, including engineering, finance, and business.
