Chelsea Phillips

Chelsea Phillips, MSM, LPGA, currently serves as the NMC&A Senior Accountant at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC, since September 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc., where Chelsea held positions such as Fixed Asset Specialist and Manager of Revenue Analysis. Between September 2015 and February 2023, Chelsea was the Revenue Accounting Manager and also served as Assistant Manager of Revenue Accounting. Additional experience includes working as an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields Dermatologists from June 2014 to July 2022, and as Assistant Golf Professional at Country Club of Paducah, where responsibilities included event management and teaching. Chelsea's background also features a role as Member Services Coordinator for the LPGA and various positions in the golf industry, including Assistant Women's Golf Coach at Austin Peay State University. Chelsea holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Austin Peay State University.
