Melissa Wiencek-Plana

Melissa Wiencek-Plana has extensive experience in human resources and financial management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electric since 2007. In this role, Melissa oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll for the Crestwood location while also managing human resources. Prior to this position, Melissa worked as the Senior Fiscal Officer at Northwestern College from 1998 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing grants and loans, ensuring proper award distribution, and overseeing the business office operations at the Bridgeview location, including collections and accounts receivable. Melissa holds a degree from Northwestern College-Southwestern Campus.
