Ainsley Harpur, CHRL, has over 13 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since February 2010. Ainsley's career at Four Seasons includes roles such as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Corporate Recruiter, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Intern.
