Global Manager, Social And Wellbeing Programming at Four Seasons

Charlene Fernandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, wellbeing programming, and human resources, particularly within the hospitality sector. Since April 2017, Charlene has held multiple roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Global Manager of Social and Wellbeing Programming and Global Employee Wellbeing Lead, among others. Prior to this, Charlene worked as an eLearning Consultant for Ceridian and as a self-employed consultant. Charlene also has a background in human resources and has contributed to various roles at Four Seasons and other organizations such as STAPLES Canada and The Home Depot Canada.
