Chris Meredith

Chris Meredith is an accomplished professional in the luxury real estate and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Group Head of Residential at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since May 2024. Prior to this role, Chris acted as the Managing Partner for Development at Mahaman Development Group from April 2018 to April 2024, contributing to significant luxury residential and hospitality projects across various regions. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Interwest Capital, Partner and Development Director at Portfolio International Holdings, Development Manager at Citta Property Group, and Associate at CBRE. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and has been integral to successful project completions and strategic developments in multiple markets globally.
