Erin Haid is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and development with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since July 2021, Erin previously held positions such as Head of People at Ten Thousand Coffees and various leadership roles at Accor, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent & Culture for North & Central America. Prior roles also include Associate Director of Talent Development and Talent Development Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, as well as a training role at Westin Hotels & Resorts. Erin's career began at Earls Restaurants, where managerial experience was gained. Educational qualifications include a degree from The University of British Columbia and further studies at Toronto Metropolitan University.
