Prior experience at Four Seasons includes managing restaurants and recreation areas from September 2008 to September 2011 and serving as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager from June 2005 to January 2008. Erissa Kido holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University, completed in 2005, and graduated from Seaquam Secondary School in 2001.
