Hanadi Balbisi

Hanadi Balbisi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in employee experience technologies and IT governance. Currently serving as Senior Director at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since January 2018, Hanadi leads the technological aspects of the Data Privacy program, establishes IT governance frameworks, and develops service management methodologies. Previously, Hanadi held several key roles at Etihad Airways, including Senior Manager of IT Quality and Process Improvement, where responsibilities included supporting outsourcing strategies, leading audit engagements, and developing leadership programs. Hanadi's earlier experience as an IT Service Management Analyst at Zain involved deploying service management processes and conducting systems audits. Hanadi holds an MSc in Information, Computer & Network Security from the New York Institute of Technology and a BSc in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology.
