Jennifer Lamothe, M.S., is a seasoned professional in hospitality management with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since June 2017, Jennifer has previously held positions such as Assistant Learning and Development Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Prior to Four Seasons, experience includes roles at The Westin Imagine Orlando and Hilton Grand Vacations, focusing on guest services and front desk operations. Jennifer began her career at Sailfish Splash Water Park as a Senior Concession and has also worked as a cashier at Cracker Barrel. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida, along with a Bachelor’s degree and an Associate of Arts in Hospitality Management from the same institution.
