Kayla Frederick

Kayla Frederick is a seasoned professional with a background in people and culture, currently serving as a People and Culture Generalist at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kayla held various positions at Topgolf from March 2022 to October 2025, including Lead Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Guest Services Associate. Kayla also gained experience as a Digital Marketing Apprentice at Acadium from October 2021 to January 2022. Earlier in the career, Kayla was a Peer Academic Coach and a Communications and Outreach Intern at Florida Atlantic University, where a Bachelor's degree in Psychology was earned from 2017 to 2021.
