Lilian Labropoulou

Lilian Labropoulou, MCIPD, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Regional People and Culture Director for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities include strategic decision-making and organizational growth. Previously, Lilian held multiple HR leadership roles at Allianz Trade, including Director of HR and Head of Compensation Benefits & Mobility for the MMEA region, focusing on talent development, cultural transformation, and HR strategy alignment. Additionally, Lilian has held HR management positions at E-Clear (UK) PLC, HireRight, and the International Olympic Committee, and holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey, along with various other qualifications.
