Monique Nardi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Manager, Corporate People & Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since August 2022, Monique previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Hospital for Sick Children and held multiple positions at Mercedes-Benz Canada, including HR Business Partner for the Toronto Retail Group and Corporate, as well as roles from HR Coordinator to Intern. Monique's career in HR began at P.H.D. Mechanical & Plumbing Inc. as an HR Administrator, following an HR Summer Student position at BDC. Monique holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from Ryerson University, earned in 2009.
